Shipping & Pickup Policy
Free Local Pickup
Order online and pick it up at the salon — free, with no shipping cost and no waiting for a parcel. Most orders are ready within 24–48 hours; some exceptions may apply. If an item needs to be brought in for you, we'll let you know. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready — just give your name at the front desk.
Pickup is available during salon hours at 22 Ritson Rd S, Oshawa:
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: Closed
Free Local Delivery
We deliver locally within 15 km of the salon:
- Within 10 km — free on orders over $50 CAD
- 10 km to 15 km — free on orders over $100 CAD
Choose Local Delivery at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a drop-off time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada only.
- Orders over $75 CAD ship free.
- Orders under $75 CAD are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times vary by region and will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop@justussalon.ca so we can look into it and make it right.
