Shampoo: lather and massage through wet hair from roots to ends, then rinse.
Conditioner: massage from mid-lengths to ends, leave on for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Mask: after shampooing, gently massage through wet hair from roots to ends, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse. Use as a weekly intensive treatment in place of conditioner.
